Aunt Arctic is head of the PSA?

I’ve just found out that some of the lights in Club Penguin flash, reading a Morse code message, in one of my other post (Secret Message), I noted the red light on the spy phone said “you are cool”. Well in the nightclub, the square that only changes 2 colors is getting a message out there. Below is what someone decoded, and translation. Between letters are spaces and between words are lines.

Translation: Aunt Arctic is head of the PSA!
